High-G Ground school

A significant part of how High-G operates is the focus on the social aspect of learning to fly. We feel that running group classes is a great way for student pilots and licence-holders alike to get to know each other. As far as possible we will create a focused but relaxed learning environment with plenty of time for breaks and refreshments.

Revision weeks

During the winter we plan to run revision courses for each of the 9 theoretical knowledge examinations for the PPL and LAPL. This will serve as an aid to students who feel they are almost ready to sit the exam, and as a refresher for existing licence-holders.

There will be the opportunity to sit the exam after the course finishes.

Airmanship Evenings

Alongside the revision courses during the winter, we are also planning to run a number of evening classes for students and licence holders on topics pertinent to safety and airmanship. Suggestions for these so far include:

• Threat and Error Management

• Integrating SkyDemon into your Flying

• Airspace Infringement Avoidance
